Hermetta Harper has been serving the tri-state area’s real estate needs for over 30 years. Having a mother who was a real estate agent contributed to Hermetta’s love for the business. She founded the Harper Team under Patterson-Schwartz and currently works with Bill Hall and husband Dick Harper to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Hermetta’s experience contributes to her extensive knowledge of the homes and market in the area she serves. One of her specialties is assisting first-time homebuyers through the process of finding the perfect home.
Hermetta is a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland and also has her broker’s license in New Castle County. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Realtors for New Castle, Sussex, Cecil, and Arundel counties in Delaware and the Tri-state Board of Realtors for Pennsylvania.
Hermetta currently lives in Hockessin, Delaware with husband Dick. They have four children and thirteen grandchildren.
Prior to earning his real estate license, Dick worked as an electrical engineer at Dupont. He became a licensed REALTOR® in both Delaware and Pennsylvania in 1994. Dick is instrumental to the Harper team’s success as a supporting agent. He ensures that all of the Harper Team’s clients are well taken care of along every step of the home buying and selling process as well as handling technological and office management matters.
Dick is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently lives in Hockessin with wife Hermetta.
Bill Hall has been a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware for over 20 years. Born and raised in the suburbs of Wilmington, Bill attended the University of Delaware and earned a BS in Criminal Justice and a BA in English. Bill’s 30+ years of experience working for an international law firm brings a unique perspective to the Harper Team. Bill’s love of Delaware and enthusiasm for meeting new people contributes to his success as an agent. He is known for his attention to detail and for providing the highest level of care for his clients.
Bill currently lives in Wilmington, Delaware and enjoys vacationing in Lewes.
